ACLU and Purdue Fort Wayne professors sue Purdue over SB202
The ACLU of Indiana filed suit against the Purdue Board of Trustees on behalf of two Purdue Fort Wayne professors. According to the filing, SB202 violates the plaintiffs’ free speech rights under the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution. Read more in the Capital Chronicle.
